Fast food is a misnomer. Waiting for breakfast with a lot of others. Very much not prepared for customers. Out of coffee. Really???? That's kind of basic stuff.

Do not eat here. Just don't. I am not one to write bad reviews but this is worthy of me taking the time to help someone not make the same mistake our family made. We stopped here on our way home from vacation. We needed something quick and fast to tied the children over. The drive-thru looked insane so we decided to go inside to get our food to-go. The place was packed. You'd have thought they were giving free food away! Normally that's a sign of a place you want to eat....a packed restaurant typically means something is good inside. My mistake. After we ordered, we received a number. Watching the back, you could see there were tons of people working but no one was hustling. They all seemed so inefficient. So, we waited and waited and waited....for 3 McChicken sandwiches, it took over 20 minutes. Nothing special, nothing extraordinary, just a regular McChicken sandwich. I got in the car, we started driving and I unwrapped them and they were cold, soggy and had a mess of sloppy mayonnaise all over the place. The lettuce was brown and rubbery. All of the sandwiches were flat and pushed down...as if a person had literally smashed the sandwich bread down when they made them earlier. The kids couldn't even eat them. I wish I had glanced at yelp prior to eating here. Hands down, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to....listen to these yelpers advise and go somewhere else, especially if you need something quick and half way edible.

Horrible service if you are not of a certain colored skin. Ignored, very slow with OUR order. We planned on eating in, but we were just given a bag with our food in it. Had to ask if we could get our cups for our soda and was just looked at with a smug face and handed cups. Not one word was said to us. .....

Clean and modern. It's pretty hard to mess up a McDonald's, although it is possible. This one we stopped in on our way to Florida. It was a quick stop to use the lavatory and grab a bite. Success on both points!

This Mcdonalds is gross. It takes forever to get food; by the time I got my fries they were cold.. the line was too long to fuss about it . My friend had to use the rest room and was horrified to find some punk peeing in the sink (even though the toilets were available). I dont think we will be going back.

I stopped here on a road trip. I have never waited to get my food at a McDonald's for more than 5 or so minutes until I stopped at this location. I was one of about 15 people waiting, and we waited for 20 minutes. There was no reason for the wait - there were no broken machines, or a lack of employees. I realize that waiting for that amount of time is not that big of a deal usually, but time was of the essence for me and it's supposed to be fast food.

Will be contacting corporate in regards to our experience here. The outdoor playland was a health hazard & my son looked diseased, red spots & blotches all over face & body, after having played in dirty standing water that had trash in it. I have pictures of his skin. The wait was beyond long ESPECIALLY for a FAST food restaurant. At a minimum it took 10 minutes to receive our food & there was a long line too. Our cheeseburgers were cold, cheese wasn't even melted, and the Diet Coke was flat. The main dining beverage machine was broken so they told us they'd fill it at the drive thru machine. Go to find out they were filling up our cup with a 2-Liter bottle of Diet Coke!!! I didn't pay for that. Can't complain about the smoothie we ordered. Booths near bathrooms basically smelled like "bathroom" hence the reason we chose to sit outside which in the long run resulted in a sick child & having to cut our vacation short as we couldn't do anything with a sick child. Bathrooms were dirty, no soap, no paper towels. JUST BAD all around! Should have picked the Waffle House, KFC, or Hardee's. Live and learn! Will never return & recommend others don't as well!
